Internal Corporate Communications

The project involved helping a new project management department in a large corporation to become recognized as a professional service.  Past experiences with project management were not good; therefore the client contacted Media Mullen to help changing this perception.  Media Mullen helped the department to establishing a consistent style of communications by designing Word, Power Point, and Email templates.  In addition, we developed the department intranet to establish a one-stop-shop to view all projects in the organization.  The department has been tremendously successful in changing the companies view about project management.
